When I typed my information into Service Magic, an online
real estate agent referral service, I did so so I could
say “Honey, I tried”. With unsecured debt approaching 50%
of my gross annual income and no money for down payment
I did not think I could qualify for a home loan. I thought
that any mortgage broker would laugh at me.

Today we are homeowners, to a large extent because of Al
Rosson, his professionalism and dedication. I feel that
Al was our ambassador, and no one else's. He never dropped
the ball—from the day I first called him until the close
of escrow. His “guesstimates” are on the money, and “realistically
probably”, he will do for you the same he did for us.
