UltimateIDX for Sandicor MLS

San Diego-House is extremely proud to be the very first San Diego real estate website to utilize UltimateIDX™ back in 2005 as a third party IDX/RETS Sandicor vendor for the Sandicor MLS (Multiple Listing Services).

We chose UltimateIDX for its ease of use for our website visitors and the powerful CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The UltimateIDX CRM tracks our Registered Members property searches and helps our Agents quickly identify the preferences and criteria of our potential San Diego Home buyers.

We also love the unique Search Engine Friendly URLs created for every listing in the Sandicor MLS database. This allows easy access of our San Diego listings by the search engines so both buyers and sellers can easily be served.

In May of 2010 we decided to update www.SanDiego-House.com to a WordPress CMS (Content Management System) so we could update our website and Blog more frequently. We decided to use the professionals at the UltimateIDX™ for this conversion. The staff at the UltimateIDX handled everything for us and has been very helpful training us on the use of the WordPress CMS. We have found using WordPress to be a powerful real estate website platform and helps us better communicate with our Customers, Clients and website visitors.

We found the folks at the UltimateIDX™ extremely helpful and responsive and would whole heartedly recommend them to any Realtor. After all they originated by Realtors and make IDX/RETS products exclusively for Realtors.
