The Carlsbad North East real estate market reported 15 Carlsbad homes sold at a median price of $590,000 and a 8.1% increase for the month!

The San Diego community of Ocean Beach Real Estate market reported 12 Ocean Beach homes sold at a median price of $854,000 and a 8.2% increase for the month. This is another example of a San Diego Coastal Community showing signs of strength!

The Carmel Valley Real Estate market reported 33 Carmel Valley Homes sold at a median price of $885,000 for the month!

The Valley Center Real Estate market reported 16 Valley Center homes sold at a median price of $649,000 and a 3.2% increase for the month!

Valley Center is country style community with typically larger lots and the possibility for Horses it does get a quite a bit warmer in the summer than San Diego Coastal communities. Valley Center is located about 15 miles inland and about 45 minutes north of Downtown San Diego.

The Del Mar Real Estate market reported 10 Del Mar Homes sold at a median price of $2,342,500 and 30.1% increase for the month!

Just like the Del Mar Race season things are still very active in the Del Mar Real Estate Market! This is another of San Diego’s costal areas that is still holding strong!

The Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate market reported 10 Ranch Santa Fe homes sold for a median price of $2,575,000 and a 32.1% increase for the month! Another example of a high demand San Diego Community still holding strong in the current market!

The Point Loma Real Estate reported 12 Point Loma homes sold at a median price of $1,388,000 and a 47.7% increase for the month!

Once again Point Loma being one of the San Diego County Coastal Communities holding even during the current market correction!

The Carlsbad South West Real Estate Market reported 15 Carlsbad Homes sold at a median price of $735,000 for the month!
