The Coronado Real Estate market reported 5 Coronado Homes sold at a median price of $1,665,000 and a 30.6% increase for the month.

Once again another example of how the Coastal regions of San Diego County are holding values fairly strong in-spite of the current market correction period.

The one tremendous advantage San Diego has over the rest of the country is weather and the location. In my opinion it is the best weather in the country. On top of that within two hours you can be at the ocean, in the mountains skiing or in the desert four wheeling or out for a Ball game at Petco Park in San Diego’s Downtown close to the beatiful Bay. San Diego is truly America’s Finest City!
