Encinitas is a beautiful San Diego Coastal Community located about 20 miles north of downtown San Diego. Encinitas is known for its great ocean views and coastal climate making it one of the more hi demand areas in San Diego. Most of the residents in Encinitas have a hard time thinking about living anywhere else. Therefore the homes in the Encinitas are have a little less turn over than most areas of San Diego County.
